Emergency appointment booked for the day, was seen very quickly and was really taken care of. vet was friendly and knowledgeable and made my cat feel pretty safe, tall order as she's quite a nervous thing. Building was clean and all steps were taken to maintain social distancing with from car queuing and plenty of hand sanitizer available.

Very expensive and although they are good with the animals their rudeness to anyone questioning anything is 5 star

I called when my cat seemed unwell and they managed to get me registered and book an appointment for later that morning. The staff were really friendly and the vet was really good with my cat. They assessed the problem very quickly and my cat quickly recovered.

Fine if you just want annual injections. When it goes to long term treatment they aren’t capable of even booking and holding appointments weeks in advance as per the treatment plan. Huge issues and now moving to another vet. Person who picks up the phone in dire need of customer service training! Highly recommend going to another vet.

Fantastic Vets. I was very impressed with all of the Team, especially Kristina when my little Bailey was poorly. He is now getting better from his hypercalceamia thanks to the hard work of this lovely team and he is now putting weight back on nicely. He wasn't the most cooperative patient in the world but the team were so good with him, despite his attitude.
