      This is a great place where the staff genuinely care about the welfare of your pet. My rabbit Enzo is very grateful he had a tecent tear duct flush he's getting better each day for a rabbit over 10 years old I'm so grateful to everyone there, the care and concern is really appreciated..

      St Kitts spayed my husky rescue, Ghost, last year, and have treated her for various things since. The reception team are absolutely lovely and so welcoming, and the vets are wonderfully knowledgeable and patient. I couldn’t ask for more. Ghost can be a nervous girl, but she knows she’ll be looked after at St Kitts.

      Have needed the services of Firgrove for many years with one or the other of my dogs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From receptionist to nurses & Vets you really feel they understand you and your dogs and are always open & transparent with regards to prices for further investigations or treatments

      Love this vets. Staff and vets are so friendly and helpful. They really care and when my dog was sick and at end of life they did everything to try and help her. Unfortunately she couldn’t be saved due to kidney failure but they helped me make right decisions and let her go in a dignified and caring way. I would not go anywhere else when I get another dog.

      I am so impressed with the care given to my little canary Mango. Nothing was too much trouble. A heartfelt shout out to Dan at Firgrove in Yateley, also to Edda and Ella at Basingstoke who gave him the best treatment you could wish for. Thank you all from me and Mango for your concern, help and follow ups. You’re all stars, and his recovery is going really well. I couldn’t have asked for more ❤️
