Helpful and friendly staff. Always nice to my dog. Never have to wait long. Only concern is the high cost of treatment but I don't think that would be any different with any other vets practice.

Have used Northlands since moving here four years ago. I’ve found them friendly, kind and welcoming. They are so kind and gentle with the animals. I had to have one of my dogs put to sleep and they were so compassionate and caring.

I have recently visited Northlands vets and to say I’m pleased with the service is an understatement. The car I received from the vet was exceptional and the staff were all great. But one thing that’s really stood out is the aftercare. I received messages with links to medicines prescribed to my dog incase I had any queries. They have a fantastic pet plan that all can sign up to. Overall a wonderful surgery.

Excellent veterinary clinic. Very friendly and understanding. We took our cat recently for her yearly health check and vaccination. Alli the vet is superb! Our cat had unfortunately got some matting knots on her stomach and we couldn't get them out. The cat wouldn't let us. The two veterinary nurses gave her a shave and brush and the cat came out purring....We couldn't believe it. 😂 They didn't charge us for this and even gifted us a pink blanket for the cat being lovely. Purrrrrfet Veterinary practice. Anne and David.

Excellent, empathetic and very knowledgable for my miniature chihuahua Oliver. Amazing front desk manned by the very friendly and professional Winnie. To anyone who wants the best care for their pet, may I recommend the miracle worker Ali the vet. I wouldn’t let my dog see anyone else. From day one they have built up a great relationship with Oliver and have made visiting the vets a much more pleasant experience for him and in doing so, has led to his complete trust. As a team, I couldn’t ask for more or praise them both highly enough Thank you so much xx
