I recently visited this vet for the first time when my dog needed a needle test for a lump and had to sedated. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. My dog gets very stressed and can act aggressive at the vets, however he handled him very professionally and still made us feel welcome and supported while treating him. He also helped me carry my dog to the car afterwards as he was still a bit wobbly from the sedation, which I really appreciated. The lady on reception was also very friendly and polite, which really helped put me at ease from the moment I walked in. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend bringing your pet here. 10/10

Probably the best vet in Northampton. Reasonably priced and always on top of appointments, annual vaccinations, etc. Everyone at the practice is extremely friendly and takes great care of the pets. Highly recommended.

Hi there, amazing vet humans (Northampton & Kettering)! I just wanted to give you a big, waggy-tailed thank you for taking such good care of me during my surgery. You made me feel so safe and loved, even when I was a little scared. Your gentle paws and kind voices were just what I needed to feel better. Now, I’m back to chasing my tail and going for walks all thanks to you! My humans and I are so grateful for your pawsome care. You’re the best! Lots of tail wags and slobbery kisses, Harley 🐶

I would like to say a massive thank you for the care and kindness the staff showed whilst my dog Odin had his operation there. Especially Jo Godfrey who was the senior veterinary nurse that looked after him. My dog Odin is an XL Bully and we have been on an incredibly stressful journey with him and the ban that came into place 31st December. We found the whole castration operation so stressful, Odin gets very worked up and to anyone that didn't know him very boisterous in the vets. They worked out a plan and medication to calm him before the visit. The vet was confident and friendly and efficient. The after care was also brilliant and on our return all of staff greeted Odin on his post op check up by fussing and reassuring him. I would highly recommend this vets and we are no longer worried about taking Odin to the vets due to the remarkable and amazing staff there.
