  Booking was easy. Surgery kept in contact with what info was needed prior to first visit. There is a little cat area cornered off with cubbys so my cat didn't feel so vulnerable out in the open while waiting. Vet was very good, friendly and confident with my cat. Vet explained as she went along, though I would have benefitted from some written info from her afterwards of what she said as I forgot some of the terminology/names of conditions she used after the appointment.

  Staff are lovely and very welcoming. They go out there way to help you in anyway they can. This is definitely one of the best vets I've taken my pets to. Definitely a 5 🌟 😊

  My cat had been coming here for a couple of years now. Staff are lovely. But Iv had to change vets. My cats meds dosage was increased which this made him very poorly. ( over dosed probably) And at one point I thought I was going to loose him. When I took him into see a vet. She threw all this stuff at me, what they would do to my cat as they think it’s an internal problem he has. Costing a ridiculous amount of money (£3,500). I said no. I’ll look after him at home. Which I did. Once he recovered, I put him back on his original dosage. And he’s thriving now. The medication is Thyronorm Which cost me £54. Everytime I went in it went up in price. Now my new vets are charging me £23 for exactly the same medication. Just goes to show some vets can’t be trusted.

  My 2 labradors had their routine check-ups and vaccines at White Cross Northampton yesterday and I must say, what a fantastic place! Lovely staff, super-efficient service and an overall really positive experience. All their vaccines, worm & flea treatment was included in their wellness plans, so no payment was needed and I was able to book neutering for them both the same day - also discounted with the plan. Highly recommend this practice. Best one I’ve used after many years of being a dog owner.
