  Always great with our 2 bunnies. Thankfully we’ve never had to use them in an emergency but I’ve no doubt they’d be brilliant as they always are when we take them in for their annual check up and vaccinations. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for anything else!

  Excellent service and caring manner given to my two babies maggie & paddy by the veterinary surgeon Charlotte Fitzroy who performed dental treatment for them both. I can't thank you enough for all your advice & not being judgemental. Very honest & trustworthy looking after the two of them. Thank you x

  Baby was really sick. They was very compassionate and helped us the best he can. As of writing this our little boy is feeling better. The staff are very kind and do the best they can at all times. Extremely helpful!

  I am so grateful for this place. The staff are so nice, some of the most understanding people I have ever spoken with. Really professional, helpful and reassuring. A special shout out to Dr. Toby Hay, he's been absolutely brilliant with my poorly cat Boba and has really made me feel like I chose the best options for him. I can't thank all of the staff that have helped me so far.
