  I honestly couldn’t recommend this veterinary practice enough. Every member of the team is so warm, kind, and genuinely caring (not just towards the animals, but their owners too). It’s so reassuring to know that my pet is in the hands of people who clearly adore what they do and treat every animal as if they were their own.

  Always an absolute pleasure when we visit the vets with Roy. Jon and Jo have always treated our dogs. There always give the best advice and make you feel so at ease. Roy doesn’t really like the vets but they always make him feel so welcome. I personally wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

  While waiting for my cat to get her vaccine, she had and incident in her carrier. Jo came to the rescue and she sorted us in a second with wipes, bedding, everything. She understood that my cat was terrified and was so prompt and nice. She is so wonderful! John as always, nice, polite and carrying about patients wellbeing. And not to forget the new nurse, always helpful and nice. To be fair, is a lovely experience to go to the vet, for the owner and they are trying to make it as less stressful for the pets .Just love the team in Raunds! 🥰🥰🥰

They are happy to discuss any issues or concerns in respect of your pets needs and treatments. Their disciplined approach to finding out about and understanding everything about you and your pet is to be very much appreciated and indeed highly refreshing in that they can gain an insight in to you and your pet and then recommend the appropriate course of treatment.
