Great experience. The Vet and reception are both top notch. Adding to my review. October 2025 update our sweet older Boston Terrier Lucy had a respiratory infection. Our vet Amina was lovely as usual. She explained all of the treatments and options to us and treated our concerns as well as those regarding Lucy. The reception area ladies are always friendly and welcoming.

Brought my two rabbits in on Friday for their yearly jabs, unfortunately there was only one vaccine available when we arrived!!!, which upset me greatly as my two rabbits are rescues from abuse and are extremely nervous of leaving their space, I couldn’t believe it when Sophie offered to bring the vaccine to my home after she finished work and inject my rabbit there so I didn’t have to bring them both back to the vets again next week, I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Sophie as this was the kindest gesture I’ve ever had and it saved myself and my rabbits a huge amount of distress, we are so so grateful to you for doing this, going above and beyond for us means so much thank you!!! Your amazing 🩷🐰🩷

I find this company to be helpful and professional. A thrapston they have a car park for around 10 cars, just off of midland road. A waiting room in reception with around 8 chairs.. They accept both cash and card, but cannot give change. Hand wash available on entry. Not only do they seem to know what they're talking about but they have empathy as well It's nice to see a surgery that's not run by school leavers too. If you cannot get through on the phone do keep trying... they're very busy but very popular too. Recommended.

First time visitor at this Thrapston vets, a new kitten needs vaccinations and health check. Post covid makes visiting the vets somewhat different, handing your pet over at the door and waiting in the car park is odd. But at least this vetinary practice has a large on site car park. The staff have been incredibly helpful and I look forward to being a loyal customer.

For any pet owner, having to leave your pet at the vets for surgery is a terrifying and worrying experience. That said, these guys are amazing. Everything was discussed thoroughly so we knew what to expect. A few days later she had a checkup at no extra charge. We were given in-depth instructions on post-surgery care for our pet. Amazing people, friendly, truly caring. So glad we switched vets!
