The staff at this practice are lovely and very professional. I haven't had any issues getting appointments, the reception staff always give a warm welcome, appointments generally start on time and, most importantly, all of the vets are patient with my nervous dog and take time to build her trust. The care received is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

I can't recommend this practice enough. We always receive exceptional service (and I confirm we have visited many many times!). The reception staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the nurses and vets are very patient with our anxious dog.

My first visit to medivet today..an emergency visit with the saddest outcome but my best friend and I were treated with such kindness and understanding. The whole team were wonderful and Daniel the vet could not have done more in his kindest and explanation of the situation. Thank you all.

Michelle went above and beyond when treating our guinea pig. It’s so hard to find a vet who is knowledgeable when it comes to small pets and complex conditions, but Michelle didn’t disappoint and provided exceptional care. She took the time to explain everything, showed care and compassion, and we left feeling very reassured by her diagnosis and course of treatment. We’re so pleased that we registered with this practice as all staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We really have struck gold with Michelle and the team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
