Jake is 12 so his visits to London Road are more frequent. He is always well treated and vets and vet nurses know him by name now and how easily bribed he is with treats! We took out the monthly plan and it really is worthwhile for an older boy.

We have just had a super experience at Medivet. Our Great Dane Plum had keyhole surgery to spay her. Medivet is not my normal vets but as they didn't do keyhole surgery my brother in law recommended them. Every one I spoke to at the practice was kind, friendly and personable. Josh did an excellent job with our nervous dane! The reception team were fab and the other vets and nurses I dealt with were all so friendly and helpful and everyone seemed happy and jolly. A great experience all round Thank you to the whole practice .

Great vets - I needed an Animal Health Certificate to travel with my dog to Ireland at quite short notice. This was completed with ease and within the time frame. Not all vets have the skill available to do them. My dog had a great holiday as a result. All the team are always super friendly. Thank you!

First impressions, Amy was very thorough, explained all the procedure in detail regarding the removal of Beau’s teeth. Beau is 11 and has had teeth removed before but I was never made aware of the procedure or my options. I went to Aldham after visiting another Vet in Colchster a couple of days previously and I didn’t feel confident in the vet who hardly spoke to me during the checkup so came out feeling that I’d just been on a conveyer belt, get them in and out as quickly as possible. That’s my opinion.
