  I can't put into words how grateful I am to Koot and the Medivet Danbury team! My dog Arlo means the world to me, and knowing he's in Koot's care gives me complete peace of mind. From the very beginning, Koot has shown so much kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. He always takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and never makes us feel rushed. It's clear that caring for animals isn't just a job to him, it's something he truly cares about. Arlo is always treated with such gentleness and respect, and that means everything to me. During some worrying times, Koot's knowledge & reassurance have made all the difference, and I'll never forget the care he's given us. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a vet I trust so completely. I honestly couldn't recommend Medivet Danbury more highly.

  Koot and all the team are amazing we have two bulldogs nora and bertie who are 9 and nearly 11 have been since they was born. Koot is the only man I trust with my bulldogs lifes we was in Hatfield peverel but moved up to tendering village about five years ago but still drive there as I dont trust other vets with bulldogs. Walter is amazing to best vets ever x x

  Following our very urgent phone call regarding our Nile Monitor Dragons rapidly deteriorating condition, we got a fast appointment to see their specialist Vet Walter. From the moment we contacted them and got there the staff support was first class. Walter was just totally brilliant and especially for our Dragon Gary. Unfortunately cancer was the diagnosis and we had to say a heart breaking goodbye to our truly wonderful family member. We will receive our Gary back and he will reside once again in his favourite place. All through this devastating time the staff were there with us supporting all the way. We are not registered with this Vet, but they were recommended by Colchester Zoo as we required specialist support. From all of us and especially Gary, these Guys in Danbury are the very very best. Totally totally recommend. We would now like to add to this previous review. We have now received from these Guys a condolence card for our very very sad loss of Gary our Monitor. In all the many years that we have had Pets of all types and the requirements of a Vet, we have never ever had a condolence card following the passing of any of our Pets from any previous Vet. This card has meant a hell of a lot to us, and this confirms how totally professional and truly caring the team are in Danbury. A BIG hug from us all.

  Myself & Luca couldn’t be happier! Booking the appointment was very easy, and the appointment was on time on the day. The vet was also amazing with our suspicious black Labrador and took her time, helping him feel at ease with some liver treats and praise. Excellent job guys, we’re both looking forward to seeing you again
