Wonderful practice! We’ve just started bringing our dog here and he’s had two visits for an examination and then his booster vaccines. Firstly, the practice is lovely, plenty of space to sit and it’s nice that they section dogs/cats away from each other as it’s definitely less distressing for some pets. The parking around the back is also great, plenty of spaces and really ideal. Secondly and most importantly, the staff are so friendly and attentive. We feel like they really value their customers and pets by how they act, and the prices are really fair in comparison to some local practices. We’re really pleased with Brookend and would highly recommend it☺️

I’ve been using Brookend Bets for three years and very happy. They are great with Flo and always happy to see her and help. The pet plan is great too!

Excellent vets all round! We called at 8.40 for an appointment and was seen by 9.20 with a very poorly pup! We were consistently updated throughout the day with calls or WhatsApp messages whilst our dog had to stay in for blood tests and be put onto an IV. Thankfully we were able to pick her up by 6.30 same day and she had made a complete U-Turn thanks to the Vets & Nurses here. Appointment booked for the next morning and all signed off with some tablets. Couldn’t thank or recommend them enough for everything they did for our baby!

We've been with this vets for a couple of years now and I'm writing a review now after their excellent handling of my cat's tooth removal. He's almost 9 years old and I was a little worried about him going under anaesthetic but the staff calmed my nerves and provided an excellent service. They removed 5 teeth and he had 3 follow up visits (one bonus one because he was having trouble keeping food down) all included in the initial price. I went in for my final checkup and they changed my appointment from a vet nurse to a vet so he could have his yearly vaccine done at the same time without asking. All the staff are lovely, good communication and seem to all be genuine animal lovers.

I have been bringing my pets here for twenty years, and always recommend this practice to friends. All of the staff is friendly and wonderful. They take the time to answer all of your concerns and make full treatment plans when necessary. They are incredibly knowledgeable about breed-specific issues—I have an English Bulldog and this is particularly important for us. I never need to ask for a specific vet unless it’s a repeat visit because they are all wonderful, especially Michael and Rebecca whom I have known the longest.
