  I should have listened to others but it was an emergency. My dog was constantly being sick and showing sign of a swallowed item. He then was sick said toy which was great but still wasn't well. We explained to the vet our concerns and that we think more might be stuck. After paying crazy money for them to do test etc they said he was fine.. the next day my dog was making a awful noise as he passed a huge item from his rear which was apparently all clear... After paying crazy money and starting an insurance claim the vets now are being so rude on the phone when we question why they are delaying the claim even after being chased by the insurance company. Very quick to charge us a stupid amount for such little care but never quick enough to help back when it comes to insurance. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

  The staff at the surgery are always really helpful and friendly and the building is air conditioned so your pets can keep cool whilst they wait. I’ve been with Spring Lodge for years and wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

  Jasper, my cat, was being elusive just at the time he needed to be captured so that I could get him on time. I had to cancel and reshedule twice, but the staff were unfailingly polite. Also the vet (Charlotte) who carried out the vacinnations and check up was first class. Jasper loved her and she loved him.

  My cat Magic did not want to go to the Vets, we were welcomed, seen on time, the vet was so kind and patient with us both, checks were done, no treatment needed, all was well, Magic is just getting older. With my mind at rest, we left happy. Thank you Spring Lodge

  We have cameras in the garden and noticed a 3 legged hedgehog coming in. Seemed to be getting around ok but had a closed eye. Brought her here for a check-up (Sept 25). They rang the following day to confirm her eye is ok, and the leg is perfectly fine too. Great news so it's back to the garden for this young lady. A nice healthy 900 grams, and has time to put on more weight for hibernation later. Many thanks for your prompt attention and return of the hedgehog.
