A vet that genuinely cares for your animals and isn’t just trying to push unnecessary drugs, products and procedures. Very understanding of our nervous dog, even offering to come out to our car so that she feels more comfortable. Very refreshing when compared to places such as vets4pets and Kingston who just want to bleed your wallet dry. Exceptional care and compassionate staff.

Dr Kiah Weeks-Lee has taken care of our cats on a few occasions, most recently at the weekend following an injury. The understanding and compassion she showed both our cat and myself as the owner, was simply lovely. Dr Kiah took her time to thoroughly examine the cat, reassuring me and providing clear explanations. We discussed the treatment and Dr Kiah ensured I felt fully involved and was happy with the outcome. We could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend this kind, professional Vet.

Had to make an emergency visit to this vet over Christmas as we were staying nearby with family & our dog ate some mince pies. It was after 7pm but we were very much welcomed and we were all really well looked after. Our dog was taken away to be sick & they even tied her ears back! The staff were all so kind & I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you leave in the Swanland area

Absolutely brilliant veterinary surgery. Up to date and modern with the latest equipment and give fast diagnosis. We are so lucky to have such a place so close. The staff bend over backwards to help and make you feel like family. The out of hours service is priceless. To have all this skill and equipment accessible in an emergency I know my dog is safe in the best hands. The priority care continues if your dog has surgery in the afternoon, whereas some other companies wouldn’t be able to take your dog as they would have to move them due to not having overnight care. They are open minded, listen and offer support in which ever direction you need or choose. I never feel pressured to make a decision and I feel valued as a pet owner. They all love my dogs - that’s super clear. 10/10.
