Fay, Filipe, and Tena have been amazing with our cats. We used to go to the one in Swanland but this is much closer and they recognise our pets whenever we come in. It doesn’t feel like a sterile clinic, it feels like visiting a friend who wants to help. Fay is SO helpful and understanding with scheduling appointments and helping sort insurance claims. Felipe isn’t there anymore but Tena has taken over and is just as attentive and supportive for our pets needs. Even when we are being overbearing pet parents they understand and help put our worries at ease. There is nothing this group of people won’t do to help an animal in need. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they are the absolute best. We have 3 cats, and have brought 4 in total to them for care and will continue to if we have more pets in the future.

Would recommend this vets surgery to anyone. Have been having to visit on a regular basis for my old pup for over a year. Each time staff so friendly, helpful and caring. The last month saw significant decline in the pups health, Fay and Philippe could not have been nicer with us. So caring and supportive. Took their time to listen and care for both us and the pup. Can't thank you all enough for the support shown. They all show genuine care for their animal patients and human parents and it shines through. We will be forever grateful and thankful to you all for all you did for us. We are lucky to have a vets with such lovely caring staff in Brough.
