  Only ever had fantastic experiences with Vets 4 Pets. Had my boy and two girls neutered and they have been wonderful. My cats are usually skittish but all staff have been friendly, kind and attentative and so my cats were unusually relaxed throughout! Really quick service, really informative throughout about the processes, treated my three cats lovingly which was really wonderful to see as a pet owner.

  Very expensive trip here to be told our dog just needed a big 💩, 🤣 From my first call to the practice, to leaving, it was a good experience .The staff are really friendly and the vet was great. Given advice and told to goback if any further assistance is needed. Peace of mind for our dog .

  Here’s a draft of a formal complaint letter you could send to the veterinary practice: --- I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service we have received in relation to the care of our 19-year-old cat, Coco. We originally purchased the ‘Vaccinations for Life’ package, which included annual health checks. I was dismayed to discover that the health check element has now been removed without prior notice or consultation. Funny enough, sold for life, should mean exactly as stated. More importantly, we have had two consultations regarding Coco’s reduced appetite. On our last visit, we were informed that Coco had not lost weight and that further tests, such as a blood test and ultrasound, were optional. The vet explicitly stated that if we required further medication, we could contact the practice and a prescription would be provided without the need for another consultation. Following this guidance, I telephoned the practice to request additional medication. I did not receive a response and later suffered a period of ill health myself, which meant I could not follow up immediately. I had expected that a prescription would be waiting for collection based on the vet’s instructions. Instead, I have been told that Coco must now undergo an ultrasound before any medication can be prescribed, and, even more upsettingly, my husband and I have been accused of lying about what was agreed in the consultation. This behaviour is both unprofessional and distressing. We have cared for Coco for 19 years and expect a standard of service that reflects both the loyalty of long-term clients and the best interests of our pet. I do not appreciate being called a liar, and I believe your practice’s handling of this matter has been both disrespectful and commercially motivated. I request a full explanation of: Why the health check component of our lifetime vaccination plan was removed. Why the verbal agreement regarding medication was not honoured. Why my husband and I have been accused of dishonesty regarding our consultation. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Just shows how far this veterinarian practice will go to levels of not telling the truth. The blood test and ultrasound was to test for Diagnosis, not as Suggested by the receptionist, To check whether they ibuprofen had effected his kidneys. Disgusting. 11 May 2026. ---

  Had a doggie emergency early parts of the morning. In a panic, we dialed the first emergency number we could find. We spoke to wonderful gentleman who not only reassured us, but directed us to the nearest 24h vet. When we got to the vets for pets, the staff were all waiting and ready to support my dog who was suffering through a 15min seizure. From beginning to end, we were supported, updated and reassured at the efforts made by the staff. Although my dog didn't make it. We still appreciate all the staff who have supported us at the time.

  After taking my son here with his furrbaby I find it very expensive. Without doubt the staff seem lovely, friendly & helpful. I understand there is a fee for everything but after using an alternative private vet for my own pets I believe their extortionate, for an xray needed only for a back leg on a small to medium dog costing near on 1400.00, thats before any type of treatment i find extremely expensive and not in the best interests of the animals. Some of these vet practices really just see an owner come in and see ££££signs. 😔
