Our eighteen year old cat became acutely ill and we could not have received a more professional but kind and compassionate treatment. Our heartfelt thanks are sent to Marc and the entire team at Heene Road and Goring. Gingin was treated with love and made very happy with the 'Dreamies'. We were kept informed at every stage of her end of life treatment, and felt cared for.

This was the second time we saw Sam, and once again he was excellent. He was very kind, polite, and made us feel at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about our cat and wanted to make sure we understood everything. We really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and friendly manner. Thank you, Sam, for providing such wonderful care!

Used this vet many times and can’t praise them enough. Such empathy and dignity today when the vet and practise nurse came to my home and tended to my 20 year old cat who had to be put to sleep. They were superb and so kind to Charlie who went purring on the drive in his favourite sunny spot. Exceptional support at the worst of times. Thank you. A great practice. RIP beautiful Charlie x
