  First visit to Ferring Street Vets with our new Greek Rescue dog, who is very nervous. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet was fantastic with our dog and calmed her well.

  An incredible and faultless vets. I joined Ferring Street when I got my dog just over 5 years ago and they have been amazing with us. Recently my dog had a medical issue which panicked me a bit. They were amazing. They allowed me to bring him in immediately even though they were really busy and they had him checked, diagnosed and medicated within a few hours. All the staff are always welcoming and friendly and always quick to answer any queries.

  Very pleased!! Our dog had been unwell, phoned Ferring Street Vets and, although busy, they arranged a consultation for that morning. On seeing the vet he listened to our concerns and gave our dog a thorough examination (the most in depth examination he has ever had) . We were given a lot of information and an order that possible procedures, or drugs, would take. All very thorough and greatly appreciated.

  This is possibly the worst vet i have ever been to, my reasons for saying this are that the staff are very rude and are there to just get your money where they can. After speaking with them on the phone they hang up simply because I chose the option that didn’t cost the massive amount they were asking for. Aswell as this, they were trying to make me feel bad about the whole situation rather than trying to comfort the situation. We have since been to another vet being much cheaper and the staff much more comforting and helpful. Since going to the new vets my animal has a had a massive turn around and the vets said there was no need to carry out all these other things that ferring vets were trying to pressure me into doing just so I spent the money. do not use this vet they are just there to get your money
