  Very good vets but be prepared for huge expense. Massive mark up on medications which you can get via an online vet for a fraction of the price. I wasn't listened to when requesting some anti-itch treatment when fur growing back after being shaved, just offered another consultation, more expense! More interested in how much money they can make, rather than the welfare of your animal and your purse.

  The care and follow up with a text / email the day after his operation. Is outstanding everyone there friendly and care about your pets. Both my dogs are with them and have both had wonderful care from them. Thank you all Arun vets staff.

  Cannot recommend Arun Vets enough (and especially the Worthing branch). I bought our cat here as I wasn't happy with a recent consultation and diagnosis of arthritis at our regular vets and felt that we needed a second opinion. From the first telephone call to the final visit all the staff we encountered were professional, kind and caring. After carrying out an x-ray it was established that our cat had a very nasty fractured leg and unfortunately it couldn't be repaired so our only option was amputation. Nikki was great in reassuring us that our cat would adapt easily and answered all our questions. George carried out the surgery and the couple of follow up appointments - again he was super in giving us all the info needed and answering any questions we had. All the nurses we spoke to throughout the x-ray, surgery and final check up were again fantastic and only too happy to answer any questions. At no time did we ever feel rushed or silly for any of the questions we had. Kamali has recovered and adjusted so well. Two weeks on it's like he never needed 4 legs! A really big thank you to everyone at Worthing from reception, nurses to vets - you really are a lovely bunch. Needless to say we will only now be using Arun vets for both of our cats.

  I took my daughter's small dog, Lucy, to Arun Vets in Worthing . I was temporarily looking after her and she was in obvious pain but I had no idea where from . The vets registered her and contacted her own vets in the midlands within the day and I was offered an appointment to see a lovely vet . All the staff were so kind, supportive and friendly. The vet herself was extremely thorough and compassionate she identified the problem immediately and sent us home with medication and reassurance. Thank you so much . You were all brilliant and I thoroughly recommend this practice to all .
