  I have stayed with medivet when they took over this practice. I have no complaints. I see the same 2 vets ( Victoria and Lukas) every time, and they are both thorough. Recently, I've been there for blood tests for Tommy. The receptionists are lovely, as are the nurses. Tommy loves going there. It is expensive but no different from elsewhere. My dogs are on Medivet petplan which I think is good value

  Very helpful and friendly staff. Very punctual and the vet kept my dog as calm as possible so very happy with my visit. Would recommend to anyone.

  As always Medivet Rustington. Vets/Nurses/ Front of House Reception provide a first class welcoming, caring service. Sox knows them all and never has any stress or tension when there. Treatment exceptional.

  We’ve seen Victoria, the vet, on several occasions, and her knowledge and approach are wonderful. The nursing staff and reception team — Abbey, Felicity, Hayley, Amy, and Amber — are always so kind and approachable, and I feel completely confident that my dog is in great hands. The practice manager, Kate, is also very helpful. Although the practice is now under corporate management, knowing it’s still run by the same caring team as when it was independent gives me great reassurance to stay. They really do care — thank you!

  The vets change frequently ,yet all seem a very high standard . Felicity and Abi on reception are brilliant with our Yorkie who is terrified of vets and everyone really looks after her ,and are just so kind and empathetic . Had excellent advice and treatment for recent CKD and confident with diagnosis and care given .
