  We came in on a Saturday evening with our cavapoochon, Brownie, who was very agitated after playing in the garden and coming in with red swelling on his belly. Lauren and the team diagnosed Brownie with a bee sting and treated him in under 5 minutes. They insisted on not charging us. We are so grateful to you all for your kindness 🙏

  Visited Medivet recently with my dog and had a really lovely experience. The staff were all so welcoming, kind and helpful from the moment we arrived.   Medivet isn't my usual vet but was the nearest to me. I had an unwell kitten at night and phoned Medivet Richmond who said they could see me in 30 minutes. When I arrived, the kitten was triage immediately. I was called in by the vet shortly afterwards. Steph was very kind and clear and gentle with the kitten and gave me two options. The fees were very reasonable and the kitten made a full recovery. I was very happy with the service despite it being very busy for the staff.

  We brought our 5-day-old newborn kitten to Medivet Richmond in a very critical condition after aspiration pneumonia. His breathing was extremely fast and weak, and we were prepared for the worst. The whole team here was incredibly gentle, caring and calm. They placed him in oxygen immediately, monitored him throughout the night, kept us updated and treated him as if he was their own little baby. Thanks to their professional care, his breathing became stable, his temperature rose back to normal, and today he even started suckling again, something we honestly didn’t expect to happen so soon. We are extremely grateful for the honesty, the communication, and the dedication from both the nurses and the vet. Our kitten would not have survived without their immediate help. Thank you for giving him a chance. Highly recommend this Medivet branch for emergency and newborn care.
