  We are first time cat owners and have just adopted our first rescue cat. We had our first appointment this week and the staff were so friendly, kind and made us feel so welcome. Both Lesley and Glenn were so helpful and kind. The vet we saw was very attentive and was happy to answer any questions.

  First appointment, booked in emergency. Not only I got an appointment on the day, but everyone at the practice was friendly and understanding. My dog who is usually big on showing that no-one should be trusted in a vet practice looked comfortable enough. The treatment was adapted to the dog and... to the owner (a first!). I highly recommend Medivet Roehampton.

  I am very pleased with the team — everyone has been friendly, helpful, and highly professional. My only regret is that I cannot request a specific vet for follow-up appointments. During my recent visit, the vet who examined my kitten was excellent, and I felt very confident with their care. Since I have already booked my kitten’s next vaccination in four weeks’ time, I was hoping to see the same vet again for continuity, but I was told this is not possible. I would very much appreciate it if, in future, clients could have the option to book the same vet for follow-up treatments when continuity of care is important.

  I recently visited Medivet Roehampton with my cat for our very first vet appointment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and professionalism we received. As a first-time pet owner, I was a bit nervous and unsure about what to expect, but the whole team immediately put both me and my cat at ease. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The receptionists greeted us warmly and made sure all the paperwork was handled smoothly. The vet and nurses took their time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained every step of the check-up in a way that was easy to understand. They treated my cat so gently and patiently that she stayed calm throughout the entire visit which says a lot. What I really appreciated most was how thorough and compassionate the vet was. They didn’t rush the appointment, answered all my questions in detail, and even gave me useful advice on how to make my cat more comfortable at home. It’s clear that everyone at Medivet Roehampton genuinely cares about animals and their wellbeing. I’m truly grateful for their help and kindness, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary clinic. We’ll definitely be returning for all our future visits 🙌

  Took my cat in for a spay and was nervous about it as she is a very shy/anxious cat. The staff were all really lovely and showed great interest in her. The post surgery meeting was really informative and I will be taking her to this vets again in the future.
