  We have a new puppy and PetPeople have been FABULOUS! They gave me lots of advice even before she was even registered with them and have been so lovely throughout her settling at home process, her vaccinations and general puppy issues! Everyone is welcoming, kind and genuinely interested in making her feel happy and relaxed. We’ve signed up for the monthly plan and it is hugely reassuring to have that level of support in place.   We’re incredibly happy with the care we receive from PetPeople Vets. The team is professional, friendly and compassionate. It’s always easy to get an appointment, and they consistently go the extra mile to support both us and our dog. Our dog is extremely anxious and reactive, and the staff handle him with such patience, kindness and professionalism. They understand our needs and listen, which makes every visit much less stressful. We especially appreciate the separate entrances that help us avoid a busy waiting room — it makes a huge difference for our anxious dog. The convenient location and easy parking are an added bonus. We highly recommend!

  Pet People are without a doubt the best vets I’ve ever used in London. The whole team are so friendly, professional and always go the extra mile. We have a nervous rescue dog and they’ve been so kind, gentle and patient with him. Their care has started to pay off and he happily went in, settled in reception before his appointment, and took treats from the vet willingly today before he was examined - Amy (our vet) in particular has taken things at his pace and as a result he totally trusts her now. We’re genuinely so grateful for Amy and the whole team and couldn’t fail to recommend Pet People 🩷🐾

  The vets and staff at Pet People have been truly fantastic. I joined the family plan right after my first visit in January 2024, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my dogs’ veterinary care. My dog Luna suffers from a severe skin allergy, and the care, attention, and compassion we receive at every visit have made a world of difference to her quality of life. Just as importantly, they’ve made me feel supported and not alone in doing everything I can to keep her comfortable and happy. Even after moving out of the area, I will continue traveling to Pet People for any care my dogs need. I truly believe I’ve found a special practice, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  If you could invent a vets practice in your imagination, where all the medics and staff were the kindest most lovely people and you trusted them with your furry friends implicitly, Pet People would be it. They care for our two little Sprocker Spaniels, Sefi and Dora and our cat Frankie with kindness, empathy and excellent skill. We feel so lucky to have found them.
