  I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Matthew and the entire team at CJ Hall Vets for the wonderful care and treatment they have provided to my chameleon, Coco. The whole team has always been incredibly supportive, caring and accommodating. I understand that this is a very busy veterinary clinic, yet they always make time to answer questions and provide reassurance whenever needed. I would also like to give a special mention to Seema at reception. Although she is not a veterinary professional, her experience, knowledge and kindness have been invaluable. She is always so helpful and supportive, and is often able to offer advice and guidance when we need it. Dr Matthew and the entire team have shown genuine care and dedication towards Coco, and I am truly grateful for all their help, support and kindness. Thank you all so much!   I visited yesterday for my rabbit’s appointment. I cannot thank Dr Matthews enough for the amazing care he gave my rabbit Theo. He was so kind, gentle, caring and friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly while reassuring me throughout. After having some really difficult experiences with other vets recently, I decided to try CJ Hall as Dr Matthews is a rabbit specialist, and I’m so glad I did. The level of care and compassion he showed towards Theo was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr Matthews to anyone with rabbits or other pets.   I’ve been bringing my guinea pigs here for years and genuinely cannot recommend this clinic enough. The team’s expertise with exotic animals is outstanding, but what really sets them apart is how caring they are. They’ve saved my guinea pigs more times than I can count, from bladder stones to mysterious swellings to serious infections. Every time I’ve called in a panic, the nurses have been brilliant at calming me down and getting us seen quickly. When I lost one of my pigs despite their best efforts, they were so compassionate and fought for him right until the end. I never felt pressured into expensive treatments when the odds weren’t good, but they were also willing to try if I wanted to give it a go. Dr Matthew Fiddes recently treated my last two pigs and I was blown away by how gentle he was with them. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. Oh, and they even let me wait inside after closing hours one freezing evening when my Uber was taking forever. That level of kindness goes beyond what any vet needs to do. Just brilliant all round.
