After the last 48hrs I can definitely confirm this Vets don’t care for your animal all they want is your money, and make up a barrage of rubbish to try and cover up there clear mistakes. Picture of our poor dog today who we though was going to die after being given the wrong medication…

I own a 5* council licensed dog walking/home boarding company. We recently boarded a spaniel who arrived with a serious eye ulcer being treated by Eastcott. I had reason to contact them regarding medication running out & the receptionist was fabulous & he promised a vet would call me back asap. Within the hour I received a call from Dave Johnson who took the time to explain the meds & reassure me I had what I needed. My first visit to the actual practice for a review appointment with Dave the next day just reinforced the 5* care & professionalism they provide. Great team 🩷

We have used eastcott a few times we have always been amazed by the level of commitment and care of both our dogs. Most recently I had to take frost in as an emergency over night. The vet that helped us was amazing and really understood our circumstances and did everything she could to help me and frost. I was amazed collecting frost the next day that the operation that was done ended up saving us thousands. Frost is now recovering at home and is doing really well. I can’t thank the team at eastcott enough for the help they gave us and for looking after frost the way they did, unfortunately it was all a bit of a rush and didn’t catch the vets names but I hope they get the credit they deserve. Not to forget the amazing staff that work on reception always greeted with a smile and make you feel welcome! Thank you again! Jack

We had to bring Milo to the emergency care team for two nights this week. The staff were incredible. So caring, understanding, and straight to the point. They explained everything to us, step by step and gave us all options available. They were patient with us as well as with out dog who was very very poorly and is not a fan of vets at all. We can't thank the team enough for all the work you've done. We have Milo at home which we thought might not happen. Thank you again.

My dog Sigrid was referred to Eastcott after a nasty accident with another dog, where she suffered quite a bit of dental damage. She's a high drive working breed and certainly not the easiest patient! The staff at Eastcott were incredible. Joanna was really understanding of how I hoped to preserve the tooth in a case where it would have been much easier to extract. She put together a plan and led me through her thinking and what our mitigations at every point would be. It was a complicated operation and a difficult bit of damage to address. Through the first surgery she checked in with me multiple times to update and make decisions together on the best course of action. She's obviously a very talented vet but her people skills and how she helped me through the process were also fantastic. Without doubt, one of the best vets I've ever worked with. I also wanted to give a shout out to Holly who was the most caring and supportive vet nurse and really looked after me and Sigrid. I'm sure there were many others behind the scenes who also who helped make this a success. Overall a really great experience and I'm extremely grateful to all the team who made it all possible.
