Always great care for our dogs. The vets go above and beyond, the nurses are amazing and reception staff kind and helpful.

Not suitable for small pet owner such as rats. Avoid. They don’t have flat fee for surgical treatment of ulcers, play with owner emotion, lack of empathy-compare inconclusive tests results to humans’ results, lack of professionalism and work ethic. At the end I had to put down the animal as other reliable practice advised that the animal’s age and the treatment is too risky and will bring more suffering than solving the problem. I would give 0 stars if I could and hope more people will avoid this clinic.

I used these vets for 3 years, with my last dog. They are all friendly and polite. However, they have recently changed their policy and are more about money than the pets and won't see you if you can't pay upfront. The last time I visited, I saw a new vet, and she was pushing me to give my dog an operation for his laxating patellars. He is 3 years old and I would rather put off, giving him an operation, until absolutely necessary. I don't want him to have an anaesthetic if possibly avoided. Plus, he would need 5 weeks to rest and recover. He is a very active and energetic dog who loves his walks. If we stay home, for one day, he goes crazy the next day, charging about everywhere, when we go out. I went elsewhere for a second opinion. She asked to see him walking about and watched him closely. She said that he seemed to be managing quite well himself and didn't see the need to put him through the operation now, unless that's what I wanted. If I felt it impacted his daily life, or he was in pain, then I would say yes to the operation. He sometimes walks sideways and stretches his back legs a lot. But he's not in any pain and he runs about and plays as he should.

I recently adopted two rats from pets at home for my daughter. The assistant was brilliant she very helpful and answered all my questioned .they have settled in great we all love them they are playful and brilliant therapy animals. This is my 4th purchase of animals from here I recommend them warm helpful and friendly 🥰

Great members of staff. Unfortunately I have a poorly pup called Dave so we are here most weeks. We’ve come to know the staff very well. And most probably on there Christmas card list. The staff care deeply for Dave and I feel reassured they are doing the best for him.
