Exceptional care with kind and professional staff who give total support at all times. With various house moves over the years I have taken our dogs to a few different practices but Riverside go over and above and I could not recommend them more highly

The care my Parsons Jack Russell Bess received was exceptional. Recently her health deteriorated and we had to make the heart breaking decision to let her go. Edward visited us at home and took care of everything. He was so kind and compassionate, and coincidentally even brought a dog bed similar to Bess’s to take her away in. Shortly afterwards we received a beautiful card signed by all the staff to say sorry for our loss. We miss her terribly, but this small kindness helped to lift our spirits.

My cat was already treated there before this happened. He got very ill. I needed to get an appointment and the receptionist was rude and could not have cared less. I got upset She would not help when I asked to speak to the vet called Edward. She was very unsympathetic and mean. I got a letter from the vet Edward stating that I was not to bring my cat to see him. Later in the day that I had tried to get the appointment my old cat died. So the letter was not needed. Do not take your cat to this vet practice unless you want to have it put down.

We have been with Riverside for many years, all the staff are lovely. Ashley is so thorough and has a lovely manner and Edward is just fantastic. Best Practice, we are so lucky to have them.

This veterinary practice is amazing. All the staff are very professionally but exceptionally friendly. My little boy loves going to see Edward and all the staff. If you require an excellent veterinary surgery you cannot go wrong at this one. They also practice homeopathy which is something I feel needs to be used more. I would like say thank you to this practice whom my little boy loves going to.
