There is no need for texts stating you will go debt collectors if I don't settle an outstanding fee (since I no longer have my pet). You provided no bank details or deadlines, so if I had to call you, why didn't you simply call me to collect the payment? I would have left a good review ( despite your IT never prompting me to collect my kittens' prescriptions, I had to manually remember every time ). There's just no need for it. Appreciate you have 4.8 average review, but this is awful. it's been way less than 1 month to see these threats. After a membership where I did pay on time, monthly, and the personal interaction with your staff, I was shocked to be treated like this?.... Talk to your customers. Repeat business is vital during these times. We can't text you back when you send nasty texts, it doesnt allow it. People are going through lots these days, try to be kind. I'll pay now before I am imprisoned.

Amazing vets. My gran used them for years with out problems. I now take my kitten to them. She has seen the same vet three times. And loves the staff. Staff are so helpful at the front desk and will answer everyone of your questions. Prices are very reasonable. 35.50 for each of the kittens vaccination and check up. Pet plan is great. They will send you remembers when you have an appointment by text. Would recommend to anyone for their pets.

Through the toughest of times, these guys have been amazing.. Olliedog had been poorly for a while, and sadly, he took a turn for the worse... He was so much more than a pet he was family and is now gone 💔 😢.... Lawn had looked after him since he was a pup 🐶 ❤️..... Amazing people doing amazing work.... Very happy with Lawn Vets. They helped our dog after car accident. Big thank you from Echo, as you said she is the happiest dog in the world.
