  Such a lovely vet with wonderful caring staff! The spaces are calm, cosy and make my cat feel at ease. You are able to book appointments via WhatsApp which is super helpful and easy. They even have a wall of Polaroids for all their visitors. Cat and owner approved, cannot recommend enough!

  Finding Hello Vet has truly been one of the best things that happened to me this year. Since moving to London, I struggled to find a vet where you genuinely feel that people love and truly care for your pet - but you feel that immediately here. I initially registered for a second opinion on a dental procedure that was worrying me. The same day, they booked a consultation and gave me far more detailed and reassuring information than my previous vet. Within five days, the procedure was scheduled and everything was handled so smoothly. On the day, I received clear information, photos of my dog while he was waiting (which meant so much!), and regular updates via calls and WhatsApp. Their communication is so friendly and efficient, pricing is transparent, and invoices are very detailed. After the procedure, they personally checked in to see how my dog was doing and booked a follow-up two days later to monitor his healing. The level of care and attention is exceptional. I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better vet practice and feel so lucky to have found them!

  I loved our first visit to Hello Vet! I explained via WhatsApp that our kitten had eaten a rubber band (despite all the food we give her…) and even before we got there they were already in contact and helpful. The vet was caring and patient with the kitten, explained clearly the treatments available, and we left much more reassured. The next day they contacted me again to check how the kitten was doing. Friendly and efficient - I am happy we found them.

  All nurses and vets at Hello Vet are lovely and always took great care of our Labrador Bailey, whenever we had to bring him in for routine visits or, more recently, a surgery.
