  I could not be more grateful for the care my two cats, Lilou and Salem, receive at Hello Vet. The whole team is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. Dr Christian, Dr Joe and Dr Olivia have each shown outstanding dedication in managing complex, ongoing conditions with real attention to detail and a level of care that goes far beyond what I ever expected from a veterinary practice. They take the time to explain test results clearly, propose thoughtful treatment plans, and always make sure I feel supported, even during more stressful episodes with my cats’ health. The nursing and client care teams are equally wonderful, consistently kind, responsive and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of their patients. It is rare to find a practice where clinical expertise and empathy are so perfectly combined. I feel very fortunate to have Hello Vet looking after Lilou and Salem, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Zahra's first vet visit was so smooth and pleasant for her. I'd highly recommend them. All the staff are extremely attentive and caring. The space also doesn't feel like a clinical vets but actually feels lovey and warm to be in.

  We recently moved from New York and feel very lucky to have found HelloVet. The team is incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Communication through WhatsApp is super convenient, and scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Our French Bulldog Oliver—who normally gets very anxious at the vet—was surprisingly calm during the visit, which says a lot about the environment and care here. Highly recommend!

  What a brilliant vet practice! Honestly can’t recommend the team highly enough. Kind, sweet and super informed vets who go above and beyond to find the right treatment for the animals and clearly really love their jobs. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been great. They fit us in last minute around travel plans and offered really clear advice to help everything go smoothly. Our cats love it there and the environment is so calming! Never a bother for them to go and get such a fuss from the team. Prices are super reasonable for the quality of care, prompt responses and thorough courses of investigation.

  Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the amazing work you do! My cat Gigi’ always stresses a lot when has to go to the Vet. I’ve read the previous reviews and since it’s only a 5 min walk to my house I’ve decided to go to Hello Vet Columbia road. I was really surprised to see that Gigi was really calm and collaborative, the doctor really knew how to deal with her, spent quite a bit of time visiting her and talked to me clearly about what she thought. She gave medications and provided me with the kit for a urine test. I left the place very happy knowing that I have a trustable vet only a short walk from my house. Obviously we don’t want to see you often 😆, but thank you for your help!
