  I have no words to thank the entire veterinary team for the exceptional care they provided to our Sofia. From the very first moment, every veterinarian and staff member was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and professional. During a very distressing time for us, they took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and, above all, care for Sofia with great kindness and compassion. As we do not speak English fluently, we were especially concerned about communication, but the entire team showed tremendous patience in explaining every detail, making sure we understood what was happening and what the next steps would be. This brought us great peace of mind during such a difficult time. The quality of care was outstanding, and the emotional support we received made all the difference. It is clear how genuinely the team cares about animals and their families. Today, Sofia is doing much better—she is eating, playing, and acting like the happy little dog she has always been—and we are extremely grateful for all the care she received. We recommend this clinic without any hesitation. Thank you so much to the entire team for everything you did for our girl. ❤️🐾

  Thank you, Veteris team for looking after my 2 dogs. 1st was when Bandit got access to human medication during boxing day and just this last weekend diagnosing Peanut’s diabetes. Thank you for patiently answering my calls and questions even late into the night and early morning. We are so lucky to have you nearby and have such a talented staff.   Elias and Emmaline and the team were very helpful with my belgion mali ejo isnt the biggest fan of the vets. When i normally head to our vet i have to get involved but the team at Veteris handled Oscar very well and kept me informed the whole time. I hope you dont have to use them due to emergencies but if you do have to your pets will be in the best hands and your mind will be put at ease in the expirianced staff and well equiped hospital. Thank you for making good care of Oscar. Coulnd me happier with the service i received.

  Don't know how to put our gratitude into a review, the Veteris team saved our dog's life. We brought our Bernese in on a Friday night, unknown to us at the time, he was in the early stages of stomach twist/GDV. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredible. He was examined immediately, and within 30 minutes, they had performed X-rays and ultrasounds, diagnosed him, received a second opinion confirming, and then into surgery shortly after. Since a puppy, he's not had the best luck in life with his health, and we feared the worst, but the speed, expertise, and genuine compassion shown by the entire team working in the middle of the night was world-class. Thanks to them, he made a fantastic recovery and his playful, smiling personality is already back. Thank you so much, we are eternally grateful.

  Daisy was vomiting and had diarrhoea, and just wasn’t getting better. She arrived at Veteris at around midnight, and from the moment of arrival, the team did everything they could to make Daisy (and me!) comfortable. They explained everything that they were doing, as they were doing it. The updates came regularly, and early. After almost 24 hours in their care, my little girl is bright and energetic again. She has a comprehensive care plan and is happy to be home. Massive thanks to Elias, Alana and Minnie for their outstanding care. And special thanks to Daisy’s two Pomeranian friends who I’m sure helped to look after her very well. Special thanks also to Joanne who answered the phone when I called, and helped me organise getting Daisy to Veteris. Her bright nature and empathetic approach really helped to settle this worried dog mum!
