  Really appreciate all the help the team and especially Vinh Huynh gave after our tiny dog was mauled by another dog. They arrived 45 mins after the incident and Vinh was very patient, proactive and helpful with all our questions and worries. It made a horrible stressful situation a lot easier and thankfully our little dog is recovering well. He handled her with such care. Such a relief to have this service so thank you

  I have no words to thank the entire veterinary team for the exceptional care they provided to our Sofia. From the very first moment, every veterinarian and staff member was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and professional. During a very distressing time for us, they took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and, above all, care for Sofia with great kindness and compassion. As we do not speak English fluently, we were especially concerned about communication, but the entire team showed tremendous patience in explaining every detail, making sure we understood what was happening and what the next steps would be. This brought us great peace of mind during such a difficult time. The quality of care was outstanding, and the emotional support we received made all the difference. It is clear how genuinely the team cares about animals and their families. Today, Sofia is doing much better—she is eating, playing, and acting like the happy little dog she has always been—and we are extremely grateful for all the care she received. We recommend this clinic without any hesitation. Thank you so much to the entire team for everything you did for our girl. ❤️🐾

  Elias and Emmaline and the team were very helpful with my belgion mali ejo isnt the biggest fan of the vets. When i normally head to our vet i have to get involved but the team at Veteris handled Oscar very well and kept me informed the whole time. I hope you dont have to use them due to emergencies but if you do have to your pets will be in the best hands and your mind will be put at ease in the expirianced staff and well equiped hospital. Thank you for making good care of Oscar. Coulnd me happier with the service i received.

  Don't know how to put our gratitude into a review, the Veteris team saved our dog's life. We brought our Bernese in on a Friday night, unknown to us at the time, he was in the early stages of stomach twist/GDV. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredible. He was examined immediately, and within 30 minutes, they had performed X-rays and ultrasounds, diagnosed him, received a second opinion confirming, and then into surgery shortly after. Since a puppy, he's not had the best luck in life with his health, and we feared the worst, but the speed, expertise, and genuine compassion shown by the entire team working in the middle of the night was world-class. Thanks to them, he made a fantastic recovery and his playful, smiling personality is already back. Thank you so much, we are eternally grateful.
