About this practice
Veteris is an emergency mobile veterinary service operating across Greater London and Scotland, providing 24/7 urgent care for cats, dogs, and exotic pets. The service focuses on offering home visits to deliver immediate veterinary attention to pets in need. Their team consists of highly qualified veterinary surgeons and registered veterinary nurses who triage calls and dispatch vets directly to the client's location when urgent care is required. For practical information, Veteris offers its services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients experiencing a pet emergency are advised to call immediately to speak with a Registered Veterinary Nurse for phone triage and to arrange a home visit if necessary. The service primarily covers Greater London, with clients encouraged to check their postcode for coverage or call if they are near the operating border.

Daisy was vomiting and had diarrhoea, and just wasn’t getting better. She arrived at Veteris at around midnight, and from the moment of arrival, the team did everything they could to make Daisy (and me!) comfortable. They explained everything that they were doing, as they were doing it. The updates came regularly, and early. After almost 24 hours in their care, my little girl is bright and energetic again. She has a comprehensive care plan and is happy to be home. Massive thanks to Elias, Alana and Minnie for their outstanding care. And special thanks to Daisy’s two Pomeranian friends who I’m sure helped to look after her very well. Special thanks also to Joanne who answered the phone when I called, and helped me organise getting Daisy to Veteris. Her bright nature and empathetic approach really helped to settle this worried dog mum!
Read on Google →Saved our idiotic cat's life. Whilst we were away, our cat managed to ingest some plastic she had never been interested in before. Made a frantic call to Veteris to arrange for her to be taken in by the cat sitter. She was seen to quickly, diagnosed and operated on. Staff were friendly, professional and made us feel at ease despite us being outside the country at the time. (Attached a picture of said Idiot Cat looking pleased with herself.)
Read on Google →I came here because my vet charge double for a consultation on a Sunday and it was a lovely experience. My cat wasn't on death's door or anything so I can only speak from a perspective of potentially low risk needs but the staff were all lovely. They fussed over my kitty which I like because it shows that they actually like animals. The whole process was really smooth. I called their operator, then they told the vets we would be coming. We were seen almost immediately when we arrived. He got his treatment and some advice. It was still costly but half the price of my vets so all in all a positive experience.

We arrived referred from our regular vet with our cat in a critical condition, she had to be hospitalised and had an ultrasound and a biopsy. Axel kept us up to date all through the night, explaining every step clearly and carefully, answering all our questions and concerns. We were able to visit Misha before the tests, which was so reassuring and helpful. The day after she returned home, and even though she’s sick we are incredibly grateful with the care, attention and love she has received.
Read on Google →We wanted to thank the team at Veteris for supporting us through the last couple of weeks of Lolita’s life. It was devastating to let her go. But she ultimately died peacefully at home surrounded by her family, and we couldn’t have hoped to say goodbye in a more dignified and beautiful way. We really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of Ewelina, Carol and EnéA-Lys in the home visits, alongside the nurses on the phone team and the in-house staff who looked after her while she was hospitalised. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional and we cannot thank you enough. Best Wishes, Geoff and Yousuf
