This is one of the best Medivet clinics we have visited so far. Dr Zoi is a great vet, she is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Chloe is also lovely and incredibly helpful. I appreciate the support, attention, and care they showed to my boy.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Medivet Dalston for nearly 4 years, paying monthly for both my Persian cats and even recommending family to the practice. Sadly, my recent visit on 31/10/2025 with Michele left me really upset and disappointed. I arrived about 15–20 minutes late due to traffic and apologised as soon as I got there, but was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The vet rushed through the appointment, cut my cat’s nail too short which made it bleed, and refused to prescribe medication for their eyes, saying it was a “free health check” — even though I’ve been a paying customer for years. After always trusting and supporting this clinic, I expected kindness and understanding, not to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Very disappointed with how I was treated.

A great practice! Came in with my dog who had been limping for a while and got amazing care for her. The nurses were absolutely lovely and I could tell they really cared about my fur baby! The vet was quick to notice what was wrong too and since then my fur ball has been so happy and running around again! Will definitely visit again!
