  We were recommended this vet by a few people. My chihuahua had stomach issues, and we managed to get an early appointment the next day. The vet prescribed probiotics and worm treatment medicine and answered a few questions I had about my dog’s well-being. They’re also very responsive on WhatsApp and can address any concerns you have. The receptionist even took a picture of my dog and put it on the wall! We definitely plan to return to this vet in the future.

  We recently moved from another vet in Mile End because we felt there was no continuity — we saw a different vet each time and our dog’s history wasn’t really being followed. We also wanted a second opinion. This was our second visit here and we’ve been very impressed. The team is professional, communication is excellent (especially the WhatsApp follow-ups), and the pricing is reasonable. They also have good availability for follow-up treatment, which was a big issue with our previous vet. We’ll definitely be coming back.

  I have been to both Victoria Park and London Fields Hello Vet, and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and create a calming environment for your pet. My cat is always happy to get in his carrier knowing he is coming to the vets, and is super chill throughout the appointment. Thank you for always making it an enjoyable experience!
