  I brought in a lost budgie I found in my building, and the team at Goddard Vets were absolutely wonderful. They examined the budgie to ensure it was healthy and injury-free, called multiple places to help locate the owner, and even offered to keep the budgie in their care while they continued the search. The vet was incredibly kind and helpful. They truly care about animals, and it shows. Such a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

  I can’t recommend this vet practice highly enough. They have been incredibly helpful and caring with both my senior cat Linda and my kitten Joana, who recently came in to be spayed. From start to finish, everything was handled with real professionalism and genuine compassion, which made a huge difference during what could have been a stressful time. Whenever I bring both cats in, the team are consistently friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. You can really tell they care about the animals they treat as well as the owners who bring them in. A special thank you to Esther, John, and Rachael for their kindness, support, and excellent care.

  Have been with the clinic for 29 years starting with Cuffs and staying with Goddards when they took over - I have always been happy with my 12 animals over the years and being looked after by the different vets - when you put your animals in the hands of strangers you must be sure they are in the best hands - there was a few years ago for about a year different vets passing through but now they have a great and caring team Racheal the Manager and Jon & Esther the regular vets - I have both dogs and a cat who attend and get excited as we go in as Racheal and the team great them - thank you all for the love and attention you have given to all of them over the years

  Fabulous experience with this vet clinic. Registration was easy, and they were able to get my cat in within the hour when she was feeling ill. The vet took the time to make my cat feel safe and performed the examination gently and efficiently. The whole team/office vibe was professional and welcoming, with an emphasis on making the experience as low-stress as possible for human and animal.

  I took my cat to the vet a few months ago for ear mites. He had been scratching himself a lot and needed antibiotics. The vet prescribed the medication, but gave him the wrong dosage, and my cat got worse. I stopped the medication and took him back, paying for the appointment. That's when the Spanish vet realized her mistake and that the incorrect dosage had almost killed my cat. The other vet wouldn't even look at me; she used to hide so I wouldn't complain. We entrust the lives of our pets to you to heal them, not to make them worse, especially when we have to pay, because nothing is cheap, and that includes a consultation.
