  Think I have already left a review but in case. Veteris were magnificent from the time I contacted them. It was easy to follow along with what I needed to do as the pet owner. The waiting time was far less than the expected and the vet Madelaine was with me, before I had expected. The vet (Madelaine) and the Veterinary surgeon (Samantha Walker) were all absolutely great.

  When my dog needed emergency surgery, the team at this veterinary practice was incredible from start to finish. They acted quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and showed genuine compassion during an incredibly stressful time. The vets and nurses were professional, knowledgeable, and took such great care of Mia. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel reassured that my best friend was in the best possible hands. Thanks to their skill and dedication, Mia came through the surgery successfully, and I'm so grateful for the care and kindness we received. I can't thank the entire team enough for everything they did. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

  Alfie my old boy was struggling to regulate his temperature and as he has heart and lung conditions I was very concerned. The triage nurse talked me through his conditions and was supportive and empathetic in our conversation - really professional! I decided on a home visit and the vet came on schedule and spent almost two hours with us. She was also very empathetic and professional and so kind and caring with Alfie! I really appreciated her clear explanations and am very grateful for her support. As a follow up a detailed report was emailed the next day. I would definitely recommend and Veteris would be my first port of call in an emergency! Oh and Alfie is doing well!

  My Ollie had a dental extraction operation on Thursday, by Saturday night/Sunday morning he was refusing to eat/drink/sleep & couldn't rest his head at all, & after Veteris (Ellie) gave him a couple of injections in the comfort of our own home, they didn't help at all, so on Bank Hol Mon morning it was recommended we go to the hospital. We were seen very quickly, & 2 stronger injections later Ollie finally licked me, so I knew he was returning to normal. Ollie's an incredibly anxious rescue (& bite risk) and how a vet handles him makes such a massive difference to his experience. Alfonso was just so absolutely outstandingly brilliant with him, his tail was wagging, & Ollie even ran off after him - this is unheard of!! I soo need this kind of approach in my regular vet practice, as it makes a world of difference, & he left a happy &b stress free pooch - amazing!! Just wonderful compassion - thank you so very much!!

  We just lost our beautiful tuxedo cat, Madison, on the 20th March. She was nearly 15 years old but recently got ill. We just wanted to thank Ellie & Vinh, the vets who came to our home to try to help her. You were both amazing. And thank you to Alfonso who was there at the hospital when we arrived at 2am. Thank you so much Alfonso & Urte for taking care of our Maddy whilst she was there. To Alfonso for coming in to see her one last time & to Urte for being there for us when we said goodbye to her. I can't remember everyone's names, but everyone who dealt with us, on the phone & at the hospital, you have been wonderful. You are all so knowledgeable, compassionate & patient - such special human beings. We can't thank you enough for everything you did for us & our beloved Maddy.
