Thank you Veteris for looking after our Merlin! Merlin had outstanding care from the vet consultation at our house, to the triage service on telephone, to our consultation at the hospital and our wonderful video of Merlin in his kennel in the morning! Merlin has very well cared for, and there was full transparency about costs and the need for each treatment throughout. We were so nervous leaving our new family member overnight, but seeing him in his lovely kennel reassured us that he would be ok!

Dr Finlay was wonderful with our dog Jasper after he suffered an arthritic flare up. The was able to treat Jasper, he was very kind and Jasper was very relaxed with him. Dr Finlay explained the medication to us and next steps. We did a follow-up visit to our own vet and Jasper is now fully recovered. Thank you Dr Finlay and Veteris for your excellent care and service. Jasper also says thank you

Thank you to these vets & especially the mobile vet Charlotte, for doing all they could to save our young, Beautiful Freya. She sadly passed on the way to the hospital, in peace & no longer in pain. These vets are really appreciated by me & my family. Freya was 2 and a half, decided to swallow a chunk of a corn on the cob, leading to blood getting into the abdomen & lungs. Rest well Freya, & thank you again to these vets for doing all they could to try to save her.

My dog was very unwell, when I arrived home on a Saturday evening after work. I called Veteris after being recommend by a friend who is a vet but was unavailable at the time. From the initial call these folk were professional and reassuring. My dog stayed over night, was tested and treated. The nurses and vet on that Saturday night at midnight were calm and reassuring - she was in good hands. I picked her up at 7am on Sunday morning, with intense relief and gratitude. She’s back to normal now. Thank you to veteris for the fantastic care we received.
