We’ve had all positive experiences here with our Ruby! She actually loves coming to the vets and loves all of the staff there! And the liver treats and fish skins… It’s always a relaxed atmosphere and everyone is very friendly, which helps us and Ruby. They are always very detailed and thorough in any appointments and follow up quickly by email. Even out of hours which is helpful sometimes! Automated receipts that they send after each appointment allows for easy insurance claims. And they are responsive by telephone quickly. Can also normally get an appointment quite promptly which is great. We’ve used their in patient daycare after some xrays and anaesthetic too- and the whole experience was fantastic. Very well communicated, showed me round the facilities, followed up the next day to check on Ruby. Highly recommend!

Needed to find an alternative vet. Called up, spoke with a helpful receptionist who quickly consulted a vet and advised the quote. Booked in for a 2nd consultation appointment on the same day, Vici was very patient, understanding and gave her recommendations to treat Kitty’s diarrhoea which came out after her teeth were extracted. Still unknown what is the cause but the treatment and experience I received at Vets on the Common is way better than my previous vet in Streatham. This vet has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere which helps a lot when owners and animals are often in a stressful situation already. The knowledgeable vet has also offered reassurance with their explanation and guide you through the process.

My dog Bella has been under Dr Michael’s care for many years. Bella has a real medical history of allergies and subsequent side effects. From all the vets I have taken her to, Dr Michael is by far the most attentive, caring and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this vet enough. From the from reception team, the nurses to the vets, they are amazing. I have many local vets near me, but I am always happy to travel over an hour just to see the amazing team at Vets on the common. Thank you for team!

Very nice experience at Vets in the Common get Export Health Certificate fir my dog. Vets are very experienced in the process and the receptionist is very helpful. My dog loves the treats there! It’s bit difficult to find going there the first time, you need to walk through a small alley on the main road to access the vets.

Our experience with Michael has been by far the best we've had in many years and several veterinary practices. He's not only kind and caring with our dog, which makes us feel like he really cares about him, but he is very fair and conscious of the costs associated with that care. Whereas previous vets were relentless with the upselling, recommending additional tests and costly treatments, Michael discusses all options with us, really trying to help us find the most cost effective way to care for our pet.
