  Brillant service, got an urgent appointment within 15 mins. Vet was careful and considered in his assessment and very gentle with our very old cat. I was given clear information about treatment possibilities and did not feel pressured.

  We have always been to GVP Ham for both our dogs over 20+ years and with our dog now for the past 6+ years . We have always found the staff to be reliable professional, courteous and most of all consistent . Susan is very welcoming with dog treats to the ready , and Mark is very calming and informative, particularly when discussing alternative treatments.....thank you !

  My cat Mimi had dental surgery in the Goddard Veterinary Ham branch clinic last week. She recovered very well and she’s now in good condition. I’m very satisfied with the clinic’s performance. Mark Turner, the Vet was very professional and patient. He has done a good job. He explained Mimi’s post surgery condition and medication to me very patiently and clearly. Nurse Hana who performed the anaesthesia was very efficient and she was kind to Mimi. Sue, the clerk was always helpful and easy to communicate.

  A caring, friendly vet’s practice. I’ve been taking our dog for the past couple of years since she was a puppy and we’ve always had a great experience. Nurse Susan is always ready with a treat and Dr Mark is a fantastic vet.
