  From the moment they arrived, both the vet and the veterinary nurse were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, kind, compassionate and incredibly thorough throughout the consultation. They took the time to examine Otto carefully, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely reassured at what was a very worrying time. Their calm, caring approach towards both Otto and me was so appreciated, and it was clear how dedicated they are to providing excellent care. Having a vet come to our home made such a difference, and the service exceeded all of my expectations.
