  Brilliant team. Wonderful experience. State of the art facilities. They were brilliant with my dog, gentle, patient, and very caring. Poppy loved the goodies too. Wish my healthcare was this good. Highly recommended

  We’ve had such a positive experience with Creature Comforts and couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received so far!! From the moment we walked through the door, the whole team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Otis can be quite unsure around new people and unfamiliar places, but the team have been so caring, patient, and considerate in helping him feel calm, safe, and comfortable. They have taken the time to get to know him and work at his pace, which is already having a positive impact on him during his visits! The genuine compassion and dedication shown by everyone at Creature Comforts is clear to see, and it gives me complete confidence that Otis is in the very best hands. I couldn’t recommend this vets enough and are so grateful for the support and care they provide. We look forward to continuing our journey with them for many years to come! Huge thank you to everyone at Creature Comforts Twickenham for welcoming us into their care, and a special thanks to Tessa and Abbey who are always so welcoming and excited to see Otis, and to Hazel and Lara for being so patient with Otis as he familiarises himself with the new environment!

  Me and my mum went to creature comforts today with our dog Bella they were very friendly with Bella and made sure she was comfortable with everything she loves her goody bag with all the treats in it they were very helpful with telling us what Bella needs and they were very detailed and they were helpful with where we can get the food for Bella me and mum would 100% recommend having your animals at creature comforts

  Arriving with my two kittens today I was really nervous- their first trip out and vaccine time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming- it was like being given a hug! This truly is a wonderful clinic and the atmosphere is so refreshing. Thank you for all the care and advice. If you need to register at a Vets - this is the one - from the start of my registration process to the visit today everything has been super efficient and personalised. I wish you huge success.
