  I have been with Cootes for over 20 plus years now and I couldn’t recommend them enough, not only do they show genuine care for the animals they treat but they also support and show compassion to their owners as well. All the staff are extremely friendly, they are always happy to offer help and advice if needed. I haven’t lived in Burgess Hill for over 20 years now but would rather drive the 25 minutes it takes me to get there than use a vet more local to me in Ardingly.   Took my lethargic non eating tortoise in. Quickly diagnosed with sepsis and treated. Booking was quick and Laurel, the vet,was really good and a great help. 2 days on and there is a huge improvement. Follow up tomorrow so fingers crossed.

  After being let down by Oathall Vets, Cootes came to the rescue and managed to fit me in with a last minute booking for an export/fit to fly appointment. The vet was very kind and great with my kitties. Ladies on reception were lovely and friendly and clinic was very clean. 100% recommended!
