  - Quick, friendly and efficient. Always greeted warmly and with a smile. Highly recommended Ella always nervous to start with but very relaxed now home!!!

  Arrived at the vets straight from walk / injury in woods fortunately they had a free appointment and saw our dog Meeko. Receptionist was so nice and the vet we saw very kind and gentle. Gave Meeko a full exam talking to him all the time slowly gently checking his joints movement pads . Spoke to us explaining as she went, listened to what we were saying. All sorted left vets with pain relief and suggested item to purchase. Very happy, Meeko remained calm and relaxed.

  Downslink vets in Southwater is exceptionally good. I can always get a same day appointment and see the same vet, Ben, who is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, explaining things very clearly and has a lovely way with my dog, Luna and my cat, Grace. The other members of staff are polite, friendly and helpful also. I can rest assured that Luna and Grace receive the best possible care, which is so important.

  I am delighted with the care my 2 cats receive at Downslink veterinary surgery in Southwater. They are seen promptly and Ben never rushes us and seems genuinely concerned and interested in my cats. The receptionist/ veterinary nurse is also very polite and helpful.

  Cannot praise Downs Link highly enough. We have been there 3 times now, once to register/checkup/vaccinations, and 2 same day appointments for torn dew claw and (today) hurt paw. Every time, Ben has been completely professional, knowledgeable and thorough BUT his outstanding quality for me is that he cares so much about his animal patients. Woody is very confident about going into the surgery and greets Ben like an old friend, and happily accepts being examined and treated. Leslie on Reception also makes sure that both patients and their humans are greeted and put at ease. So pleased that we have found such an amazing Vets Practice
