We recently brought out 3 year old cocker spaniel into see Szymon for an out of hours emergency appointment due to something possibly blocking his stomach. Szymon was an absolute wealth of knowledge, incredibly professional in explaining all eventualities and all scenarios, making sure we understood what the importance of the scenarios were and the impact it could have. He is an absolute credit to the surgery and we left feeling as if we had no questions unanswered and a plan of how to look after our boy. Thank you so much!

Since and helpful. Took care of my cat and offered options on care and explained care needed. Tailored to my cats needs and my finances, after an emergency assistance was required over the weekend. Highly recommended veterinary practice and lovely team. My cat is recovering well so far and was in good hands. 👍A big thank you to the team.

We had to bring our dog in on Christmas Day after he suddenly became very ill. Although we live in Surrey and this isn’t our usual vet, we are so incredibly grateful for the care he received. The team were compassionate, reassuring, and truly went above and beyond during a very stressful time. Every member of staff treated both our dog and us with such kindness and professionalism. Despite the distance, we would happily make the trip again — the level of care here is outstanding and truly the best we’ve experienced. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us, especially on a day when most people are at home with their families. You made a difficult situation so much easier, and we’re deeply thankful. Best vets we’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.

Ben & Cameron were amazing, got an emergency appointment within the hour on a Sunday morning. The receptionist was very friendly and clearly loves animals! Very quickly diagnosed my dogs problem and treatment plan explained throughly. They were so friendly and relaxed around my dog, which really helps as she does get a bit anxious at the vet's.. Without question, the best vets around.

We had a very scary out of hours emergency with our cat and were seen quickly by Reece at Arthur Lodge Vets. Tests were done through the night and we were kept fully informed by phone as to what was going on. Such a stressful time but we were in good hands. When we collected our pet, Reece had handed over to Simon, who fully explained the findings, prognosis and next steps, clearly and kindly. Really great emergency care, would recommend.
