A five star experience from start to finish. Booked our 14 month old cockerpoo in for a spay, fantastic online booking system, which we found simple to use, confirmation emails received in good time and contained all the pre-surgery information we required. On surgery day we found there was plenty of parking close by, we used the car park in Grove Road which is reasonably priced and convenient. Vet Ellie warmly welcomed us, Robyn was health checked and prepped for her surgery calmly and confidently. Something which reassured us greatly. Post surgery we were given information on how to care for Robyn and what to look out for, we opted for the post surgery suit - so glad we did, helped keep our usually very active pup calm and stopped her trying to get to her wound. 10 days post surgery - Robyn has made a great recovery, Ellie’s skills really show as Robyn’s post surgery wound is extremely neat. Would recommend happy paws 100%. Can’t thank you enough for looking after Robyn. Wishing you all the best. Thank you.

After driving by and going on their website, a quick email which was answered very quickly, I booked my 4 mth old kitten in. Everything was explained in an email and an email from my normal vets a few day's before Theo's operation to Happy Paw's! All so easy !! The cost was so much cheaper too!! On the day I just asked for Theo to be chipped aswell, nothing was a problem. I can't thankyou enough and I have recommended you to a few people already with kittens to use your service!!

I cannot recommend highly enough. Ellie and Ellie were fantastic. It was a huge decision to spay our family cockerpoo- she’s one of us but following a phantom pregnancy it felt like the right thing to do. She is two and a half and has had three seasons. Ellie was so kind and compassionate, incredibly informative, took her time over explaining the process and clearly passionate about caring for animals. We’re 11 days post operative now and Winnie is happily running and playing. Her scar is tiny. We’ve hired a body suit that we can return and receive a deposit back minus £10. The aftercare contact has been thorough and reassuring. Thank you ladies at Happy Paws! I’ve attached a photo from day 10.

Took our 1.5-year-old chocolate lab Moose here to be neutered and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From his initial health assessment through to the surgery and aftercare, every step was handled with professionalism and genuine compassion. The team truly looked after Moose as if he were their own before, during and after and made sure we felt informed and reassured throughout. Having access to an emergency number was super helpful and we’re grateful someone was there to help us with his pain out-of-hours. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals in their care and about giving owners peace of mind and giving the community a great place to have this surgery done. Highly recommend! Will be back for all our vaccines! Thank you Happy Paws 🐾
