  Very kind, understanding of kids. Took our puppy here needed vaccinations, Miguel said there might be some crying from the puppy, so we made a decision to leave for this. He explained everything really well. My daughter had a lot of questions for him and he took his time to answer them. Even the silly ones. Didn't feel rushed either. Thank you

  We've been bringing our pets (dogs and cats) to Mid Sussex Vets from its very early days. Marie and the team understand that for most of us our pets are family. They properly listen to concerns, explain clearly what the problem might be and discuss treatment options. We always feel included in decided on the next step and have never felt pressured in to further investigations. Neither of our dogs has ever shown reluctance to go in for their appointment. The end of life care is exceptional. The team treat everyone with compassion at such a sad time. Wholeheartedly recommend.

  All of our pets have received excellent treatment at Mid Sussex Vets. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, our Lab/retriever cross loves going there (really, wags her tail all the time). Nothing is too much trouble and the staff take time to explain treatments thoroughly. We moved to Mid Sussex Vets after we received poor service from our local vet and have never looked back.
