  My dog sprained his right hind leg and I was so worried so booked him in within the hour to be seen. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet was so lovely and reassuring, it really helped put me at ease because I was a mess. Thank you so much to this amazing team, my boy is now fully back to normal and it could have been a very different outcome if they had not acted so quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much to everyone involved!! Great team.

  When I had an emergency with my puppy today, the team at Oathall Vets were amazing. The lovely lady who answered the phone immediately put me at ease. We were seen straight away, and every member of staff I spoke to was so kind and understanding.

  We had to make an emergency visit to the Haywards Heath practice after our dog Ronnie ate some toxic sultanas. The amazing vet Toby & the lovely Amber looked after us. They were both friendly and warm and Ronnie felt relaxed with them. Our vet rachel from Mobile Vet Sussex recommended them to us and so glad she did. The practice itself was lovely, cozy and didn't have a clinic smell to it. Toby consulted us and included us in the decisions on treatment & Amber was lovely & friendly. Thank you both. Ronnie slept all the way home & all night & is having a snoozy day on the bed today Samantha, Joe & Ronnie

  We cannot thank the staff at Oathall Veterinary Group enough for the love, care, and support they gave us during an incredibly difficult week with our beautiful dog, Nella. Sadly, Nella crossed the rainbow bridge, but not before every possible effort was made — especially by Ellie, whose dedication and compassion meant so much to us as she did everything she could to help bring Nella home. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by everyone at the practice during such a heartbreaking time will never be forgotten. We chose Oathall Vets because of the excellent recommendations and their emergency care services, which we unfortunately needed, and we are truly grateful we did.

  Brilliant veterinary practice. I’ve now seen two different vets here, and both were genuinely lovely. I especially appreciate that neither of the vets tried to upsell unnecessary treatments like teeth cleaning and blood tests, until actually needed (which was one of the reasons I left my previous local vet). My cat is very loving and friendly but he doesn’t like to be poked and prodded too much. They understand this and are able to adapt how they handle him to cause as little stress as possible, while still managing to check everything. Thank you.
