  I took in my two cats for an emergency visit after they had got into my treats cupboard and had subsequently eaten a deoxidiser sachet. From phone call to consultation I found all contact with the surgery to be compassionate and responsive. Upon arrival the nurse could see I was stressed and offered me a glass of water, which was comforting in the uncertainty I had around the situation. After a referral to a specialist veterinary poison service our concerns deescalated, but I was still made aware the case would be handed over to the team in case of anything changing. I had previously raised concerns to the practice about poor communication via email, but I suppose how this emergency was dealt with helped to put things into perspective. Many thanks.

  Willow, Jack Russell X Pomeranian. Has just been treated for an infected growth on her rear left foot. Operated on to remove growth sent away for biopsy, results all clear 🤞 After care with Sarah and Karin, excellent 👌 Every stage of the pre and post surgery to recovery so professional. My reason for this review is for new customers to have confidence when making the decision where to look for the best care for their dog 🐶. 100% satisfaction.

  Been coming here for 12 years now and the prices are getting of hand. They quoted me £500 to clean my dogs teeth, he has no gum issues or lose teeth ,anyway I didnt go ahead because I didnt want to put a 12 year old dog under , and took my dog to a groomer who used the ultrasonic teeth cleaner and removes every single bit of plaque off my dogs teeth in one appointment and his teeth are bright white again ,that cost me £40 . When the vet quotes you look around as they are abit if a rip off tbh. Obviously if there's more of an issue with their teeth that's different but I saved myself alot of money looking around and didnt have to put my dog under any stress which was the main thing

  We were seen a couple of days ago by Vet Mehmet and all I can say is what an absolute legend he was. Not only did he promptly diagnose my little fur baby’s condition, but he also treated it while involving me every step of the way, which I really appreciated. We hadn’t seen him before, but I must say we were extremely happy with our visit. The reception team was also very helpful in finding a suitable appointment time for us. Thank you all so much.

  Such a terrible experience that we’ve now moved to a different vets, and it’s highlighted just how awful Vets4Pets has really been. My poor boy has been sick for almost 3 months with no full investigation into what’s causing it. I’ve been given lots of painkillers and tablets to cover up the issues but they return as soon medication stops because none of them were actually effective treatments. Every visit was with a different vet, most of them locum, which in itself leaves you wondering why no full time vet was ever available. By the third visit, the vet we saw didn’t even know why we were there and thought it was routine vaccinations rather than a very serious urinary issue. She even said she didn’t offer further investigations because she was “trying to save me money”. I’m sure all of us as animal lovers would rather know what’s wrong with our fur babies and what options are available without someone deciding for us not to look into it to keep things cheap. Not that the sheer volume of appointments has been cheap at all. In total, I’ve spent £800+ for no real answer and a cat left distressed, in pain, and urinating blood excessively. Thank goodness we’re now at another vets who are immediately doing everything to get to the root of the problem and find a solution without months of stress, pain, and on the verge of potentially fatal consequences. Edit: the new vet clinic has now confirmed the presence of multiple bladder stones, which Vets4Pets dismissed him as not having. They should now be ready for a formal complaint of negligence for mistreatment, leaving my cat suffering a near fatal condition for three months while another vet diagnosed and treated him in two days
