    • Utterly shocking service from one of the females working at reception. She didn't have a clue about anything she was talking about and almost had us leave with the misinformation that we wouldn't be able to see our beloved pet be cremated when we in fact could. Took our pet elsewhere and will not be going back for any form of service. Pets are family and to be treated so poorly and misinformed is completely unacceptable.

I am in the process of having my cat, Brian, treated for health problems and so far they have been very helpful. Especially the reception staff.

Avoid, they discharged my dying dog having failed to treat her correctly. Within a few hours she was collapsed at an emergency vet and took a week (and thousands of pounds) to be discharged. Companion Care then lied through their teeth to avoid any responsibility. Shameless. Do not trust them with your pets.

The team here are always really lovely and friendly, and treatment has always been great. I would never take my pets anywhere else! The only thing I do wish was that they were able to consider instalments/payment breakdowns for costs, because I recently had to take out a personal loan to cover my cats bill. Hopefully this is something CC will be able to do in future because I do worry about affording future bills, especially with the recession and cost of living crisis.
