Such a caring vets. My mum and I came in today as we were made aware there was a good chance we would have to put our cat bubble down. Helen was amazing she took such good care of us and bubble. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and supported us the whole time. Thank you again Helen

We could not be more delighted with this vets. Everyone has been fantastic, from the reception team to the vets, and particularly looking after our rescued girl Lab when she was spayed. She was quite anxious and they really went above and beyond to help settle her and communicate with us throughout the time she was with them. Love how responsive and helpful the team are via the Pets App too. 10/10 service!

Lord Stanley Fluffy butt II highly recommends this vets. It was really cute and functional that they had a cat only entrance and waiting area. The receptionist was so friendly and professional, she very kindly helped me carry his lordship back to the car and lavished lord fluffy with chin tickles. Our vet was wonderful, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the diagnosis and possible treatment options and why she selected the treatment path. I left feeling confident that I understood the care my cat needed and what all the options were. Lord Stanley was also mitten. thank you to the whole team for a really pleasant experience, I really left with a smile

I've been with Portland Vets for a good number of years. This week two of my dogs spent the day at their new practice in Crawley for their dentals, under the expert care of Head Vet Laura. From us walking through the doors, there was a sense of calm, and the care and attention they received was just as I have come to expect from Portland, second to none. I was kept informed and contacted as soon as they were in recovery. What a great team they have! It certainly took the worry out of leaving them. After an evening of rest they are both back to their normal selves. I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending this practice.
