The vet visit experience has been exceptional when we have visited with our puppy. Unfortunately we had a difference experience when we rang in for advice on my puppy’s worming tablet I asked when I should give it to him and the reception lady was rude and very unhelpful leaving me still unsure if I should be giving the worming tablet Overall experience I am pleased but think the costomer service skills on the phone need to be addressed and make people feel confident giving their pets treatment or when asking for advice .

Sadly we had to have our little old guy Louie put to sleep earlier this week, the vets, reception staff and veterinary nurses were beyond professional, helpful and compassionate in managing both Louie and us. He went to sleep peacefully with out any distress. Thank you to you all

I've been with Portland Vets for a good number of years. This week two of my dogs spent the day at their new practice in Crawley for their dentals, under the expert care of Head Vet Laura. From us walking through the doors, there was a sense of calm, and the care and attention they received was just as I have come to expect from Portland, second to none. I was kept informed and contacted as soon as they were in recovery. What a great team they have! It certainly took the worry out of leaving them. After an evening of rest they are both back to their normal selves. I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending this practice.
