I had to have my precious cat put to sleep today and took him to medivet. The staff were extremely empathetic and supportive (reception staff) and I have to say made it much easier for me. The vet was outstanding in the way he described the procedure and gave us time to make our decision and just was amazing throughout and I am truly grateful for this. I have not always had a positive experience here (a number of years ago when it was under different management) but this last illness with my George they have made it a lot easier for me. I would highly recommend this practise xx
